GREEN TEC focuses on the development of human resources through technical and personnel education.

In technical education, we cultivate skilled workers　in accordance with our in-house certification system through a curriculum that combines the acquisition of basic knowledge and practical training at our prestigious training facility, the "Skills Development Center."

Furthermore, to enhance skills, we conduct the National Work Supervisor Championships. In the Quality Support business, work supervisors compete in three categories: knowledge, technique, and comprehensive skills under the motto "We want to impress our customers with quality,"

Consistent Education for Measurement Skill Technicians and 3D Measurement Machine Operators Through a curriculum that combines the acquisition of basic knowledge and practical training based on JIS standards, we cultivate skilled workers.
